191 new homes coming to Portsmouth

We have successfully secured planning permission for the landmark redevelopment of the former Connect Centre in Portsmouth. Once an underused office building, the site will soon be transformed into 191 much-needed and vibrant new apartments, bringing new life and purpose to this prominent part of the city.

87 new homes at House of Fraser, Chichester

We have submitted a planning application for a heritage-led scheme to restore Grade II listed buildings, bring a long-vacant brownfield site back into use, and enhance the conservation area. Proposals include 87 homes, new commercial units on West Street, and improved public spaces including a new courtyard and townscape enhancements.
